I worked for my previous company for 4 year and 8 months. I resignation on 3 Jan and complete my notice period with earlier left day debit not on 26th Feb. Now when I asking for reliving letter and experience letter. They delaying and mostly time ignore the call and mail. They giving too many excuses like you will receive experience letter after 3 months when you left the job. But my current company where I join they asking for the experience letter. They told me if I can't submit that it consider under the wrong information submit act and they will terminate me. I request my H.R to give me that but, the H.R and the director making delay to give me that. Kindly give some solution what I should do. I am only person in home who earning and if my previous company don't give my job will be gone form my hand and I will be jobless..

A.Dear Client,
It is advisable that you visit the previous office personally tp communicate the issue. On failure, you can file a complain with the police.
