Self drive bike rentals
I want to start a self drive bike rental agency. However I do not have necessary license for the same. However another private limited company (Lets call it as X), who is a business partner possesses this license. In such a case
1. Can I enter into an agreement with X and operate the vehicle
2. In such a case in whose name will the bike have to be registered with. (Name of my company or in the name of X)
Regards

A.if you're purchasing the bike with your own funds, then it should be registered in your name. After purchasing you can enter into an agreement for sharing the profit earned from the business

A.Dear Client,
Best option for you would be have your own Agency.
It will not take years.
Since you know the person who has the licence means you know the procedure.
Suppose you do not know, you will be knowing soon. This is not a Rocket technology.
2.Second best option to enter in to an Agreement with the one you have in mind or proposing.
3.Once the vehicle is purchased naturally it will be under the control of the existing business owner as you will be operating through his licence.
4.You can have it in your name but it has to be leased out to X for a certain period.
Think coolly and take the decision what suits you best.
