Need help with bond amount

I had signed a training agreement with a company.It stated that it will be 9 months training and 24 months work agreement. They trained me for 2 months and assigned to a project. I have been working on that project for the past 21 months .(7 months of training period + 14 months service agreement), Now I have decided to pursue Higher education in the UK and I tried to negotiate the bond since I have completed most of the bond period,but the company is asking me to pay 1 lakh rupees, is there anything I can do ?
