Educational loan

I have taken 10 L loan from bank for studying BDS, pledging my fathers property. Now the principal amount + interest , it is 14L. I have only salary of 8000 and my parents are heart patience that they also cannot help me repay the amount. I spoke with bank to wave off the interest. But they are not willing to do it. Please advice what can be done.
