Hi sir,I took loan of 60,000/- rs from local money lender.he gave me 51,000/- by deducting 9000/- as interest when he gave me money in the beginning.i have to pay 600/- rs daily until 100 days.upto now i paid 19,200/- but I missed some payments resulting in total of 10 days in amount 6000/- rs.at first I asked lender 4 days time to repay the pending amount and he agreed but later he asked my bike at 11 o clock night and asked me to come next day morning at 8.30 am to discuss this.when I went the next day he is asking for full payment and kept my bike.its 3 days until now he didn't gave me my bike.now he is saying that if I pay full money he will give me bike.so please help me with this.
