We are in international flights (istanbul to turkey on 18th march. During this they mishandle our check in bag handle and we fount its broken. We complaint it at their counter and they give excuse that this is normal wear and tear. And instade of repair or give compensation they give us travel voucher...we asking that how to tackle this situation they are not giving anything which cover our losses.....any government law for same so we can make a good and informative conversation with them..

What is a Defect? “Defect” means any fault, imperfection or shortcoming in the quality, quantity, potency, purity or standard which is required to be maintained by or under any law for time being in force or under any contract, express or implied, or as is claimed by the trader in any manner whatsoever in relation to any goods.

A.Dear Client,
You are eligible for compensation by the airlines on account of damage to the luggage. You can take the complain to the regulators of the airline and seek compensation.
