Not Accepting Resignation

Hi! I quit and resigned from Government limited company with immediate effect (as on date) that served as my last working day , in writing to current unit head and emailed the same to the Head Office. because i was being forced to report for an Additional charge immediately (which i had previously refused to comply with due to facing health problems caused during service period) otherwise threatened to Suspend me from the corporation. So i decided to quit working for this corporation , which never considered my health and safety issues , and resigned so stating the same in the resignation letter. As per their letter of joining , if someone quits / left the services of their corporation , one has to pay an amount equal to three months total salary last drawn. My Salary for 3 months is already standing due , along with my CPF and Medical bill .
Under family pressure I had conveyed to the corporation conditionally withdraw my resignation only on condition if they me transfer me to home district and remove additional charge , because of continued health problems.
After 2 months I got the reply that my resignation has not been accepted by the corporation and to join immediately to my out of town posting. What do i do ?
Also someone told me that they will sue me in court if i do not join back immediately . Can they sue me in this case ?
kindly reply me urgently , i am very stressed.
