SBI fraud SBI fraud

I was charged on my credit card using incorrect CVV. I have recorded a video showing that SBI authorised card payment with wrong CVV. When I disputed the transaction, SBI withdrawn the amount where it was sent to and also not refunding me in my card. I have filed a report to RBI ombudsman because SBI is asking me to pay the bill. Basicslly, SBI withdrawn the amount from the destination account too and also not refunding me and asking to pay the credit card bill. The RBI ombudsman takes up to 2 months to resolve the matter. If I do not pay that bill until this matter is resolved and it hits my cibil score, can I get my cibil score recovered and remove this hit later after the matter is resolved? Also if the SBI does not resolve this matter, what is the process to file a lawsuit against SBI for this fraud.

A.Dear Sir,
You may approach Banking Ombudsman and if no verdict is given in your favour then you may approach Civil Court or High Court.
