Myself working for a pvt company,on contract basis as a consultant,.Now , as per the signed contract I am not supposed to work in any competitors organization for one year after end of this contract.Now, i have a better job offer with a competitor company with better pay,.Hence please advise whether i can take this new job and if so how to avoid legal complications,.?
