entitlement of PF and Gratuity of terminated employee regd.

I served in govt. of India enterprise. for more than 15 years and was terminated on basis of taking employment with other private org. without any notice from my side. Am I eligible for PF both employee and employer contribution with interest and Gratuity for the period served. applied for settlement 5 years before but termination issued 22nd march 2023. and date of termination from Dec. 2014. I want legal opinion in this regard. The corporation quoting that I am eligible only member contribution without interest. Kindly guide me in this regard
