When I got married, I was less than 21 years old and my wife was 19 years old and now I have filed an application in the court under Section 12 of the Hindu Marriage Act 1955 to annul the marriage, can my wife take maintenance from me? And my wife has filed a case against me under section IPC 498A, 323, 504, 506, 34 and domestic violence, so can she file such a case against me if my marriage is illegal?
