previous company is not giving me experience letter

I was in a conpany called tudip technology for 7 months.but the env was too toxic for me.as i was very new to it industry at that time and had no one to guide me i just put a regination letter
Then they contacted me to join back
And asked me if you want to take 2 months of break and think about it again then you can take
So i took 2 months of break

But after 1 and half month some family member of mine opened a new stqrtup so joinied there.


Aftet 15 days tudip contacted me and asked to join so i said no.they did not ask me to serve any notice period.there was a policy of them that till 2 years we were on probation period.if somebody leaves the company she has to pay 75k.but they did not ask me about any money.i was so new to ask them a relieve letter.then i joined the startup and worked there about 1.6 years.now about 4 months ago i joined a company called citicorp.my sister had told me to add my tudip experience in it.but after 4 months when citicorp did a background verification tudip told that i absconded them.
I provided citicorp my joining letter and payslip of tudip also
But they are about to terminate me.
so many times i reached to tudip hr asking for experience letter but they are not ready to give me.They are saying if i would have come
at the time of leaving the company then they could try to give me the letter but not now.a
