We wish to inform you that your resignation is hereby accepted, and you will be relieved from the services of the Company with effect from the closing hours of 29 Mar, 2024. We will pay your corresponding salary in lieu of the notice period as a part of the full and final settlement which will be shared with you after your last working day. The F&F Amount shall be subject to applicable tax and statutory deductions.

We would like to remind you that the obligations contained in your Offer/Appointment Letter and Non-Disclosure Agreement signed on your date of joining are of a continuing nature, and you will be bound to observe these obligations even after your separation from the Company. Out of these surviving obligations, we are listing down the most important ones for your reference since they have an immediate impact on you as well as the Company:

1. For a period of eighteen (18) months from your last working day with the Company, you are prohibited from:
a) Directly/ indirectly work for or provide services (in any manner whatsoever) to any client of the Company with whom you had interacted during the term of your employment.
b) Directly/ indirectly solicit any employees or clients of the Company for your personal benefit or the benefit of any other party.

2. All intellectual property rights created, and inventions made by you in the course of your employment and all materials embodying them shall be owned by the Company only. You do not have the right to use any such intellectual property rights for any purpose whatsoever.

3. All documents/information of the Company, its employees or clients, which was provided to you during the course of your employment must be treated as strictly confidential. You are prohibited from using, sharing, disclosing or otherwise making such documents/ information available to any other party without the prior written consent of the Company.

You are reminded that the Offer/Appointment Letter and Non-Disclosure Agreement is an agreement between an employer and an employee which is governed by the provisions of the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Breach of these obligations or the trust reposed in you may attract severe repercussions depending on the nature of the breach. Your cost and consequences under these situations could be substantial.

If you breach any of the terms and conditions of the Offer/Appointment Letter and Non-Disclosure Agreement, the Company reserves the right to withhold your relieving/experience letter, and also make a disclosure about your conduct to your prospective employer during background verifications or otherwise.
We are confident that you are a conscious and dependable individual and that you will always honour your contractual obligations.

We wish you all the best for your future endeavours.
