Airtel payment dispute Airtel payment dispute

I had made payments to airtel on 1st February and 24th February, however these amounts are not reflected in the bill. It has been about a month since I raised the issue with airtel, but no resolution. Below are my concerns.

1. Airtel is neither confirming an issue on their end nor are they confirming that they have not received the amount. They haven't given any case number for tracking. They keep saying they are working on it, without providing any information.

2. The amount is tiny (588.x2), but right now they have charged a late fee. If I don't address it, would it compound and become a significant amount in the future and them harassing me in the future for it. They informed that they can't disconnect the connection without paying the overdue amount.
