Repair fees charged by co-operative housing society Repair fees charged by co-operative housing society

I live in Flat system and 8 months back we renewed our house internally and externally. As walls had leakages we repaired it at our own cost. Since last 7 years there is no General meeting conducted. so nobody was working as Management body. So we decided to bare own cost and repair the wall. Now few months back the new management body was formed and they decided to have an overall repairing, colouring, etc. of building. They are forcing me to Pay Rupee 30000 as contribution. They don't have any meeting resolution in written, no voting for decision made. I had already repaired my house side wall why should i pay the amount now. When i asked to repair then nobody entertained my concern as there was no body and now they are asking to pay.

The previous Management body haven't resigned but still they haven't conducted any general meeting in last 7 years and failed to do their duties.

Please provide me legal advice and where should i complaint against this exploitation?

A.Hello Sir,
You don't have to take any action against them as there is no codified document of rules and regulations are there. Let them ask the money and also if they decided to take any legal action then you can prove the that they are asking the money which is irrelevant.
