Complaint against a teacher

I am studying in Little Flower School in Gorakhpur raptinagar . I am in class 10th . Few months ago I was studying in a tution taught by Miss Luxy Joseph (she is a mathematics teacher in my school). I left her tution because I was feeling uncomfortable in her house. I also informed the school principal (using email) that she is teaching private tution (as it is illegal for school teacher to teach private tution). Few months later she was assigned as my mathematics teacher in my school . At first she scolded me but I thought that it was my mistake . After one day she called me after the class and said that she will file a cyber crime case against me because I complained about her to the principal . I said that (in polite manner) its my right to complain about a teacher . Later on she beated me in front of whole class without any mistake I was just sitting and solving mathematics . She also humiliated me in front of the class . I didn't said a word , I just kept standing. I complained about this to the school prinncipal but no action was taken . She is mentally torturing me . I will be going to give my first board exam but if this torture continues I don't think that I will be able to study. I am afraid of filing a F.I.R. against her .
Please help me .
