My grandfather has purchased an agricultural land in1974 by my father's name when he was 7 years old and grandfather was a guardian.my father has gifted this entire land to my younger brother.we are 2 brothers and 2 sisters.can we have any rights in this property?
A.Dear Client,
Class 1 heirs which includes the immediate children of the deceased are entitled to the property. However, if the lan is specifically in the name of the younger brother, then there is little legal action that can be initiated.
