False Marriage promise and physical relation

My girlfriend promised me for marriage and her mother also promised and confronted me that they don't have any issue for our marrige, Me and my gf were togather for 4+ years, we had physical relations as well as she promised me for marriage, Now after 4 year the girl and her mother both denied me for marriage without any reason, The girl is saying I am bored in this relation I want someone new, In these 4 years I have spent lakhs of money on her we had sex but now she left without any reason, what are my rights please guide.
