Promotion of Conservancy safaiwala to sanitary mate test conducted in three languages Hindi English and Regional, Hindi is compulsory to pass person got 3 marks in Hindi considered fit and senior to him who got 2 marks considered unfit and I am at number 3 after two who considered fit I obtained 9 marks in Hindi. I want to know what is the procedure and who should be considered for promotion, how many minimum marks required for the promotion, I obtained 9 in Hindi and 10 in English and 10 out of 10 in reading and writing.

The departments of the Government of India and different State Governments have their Rules and departmental promotions are given on the basis of vacancy ( some are through direct recruitment and some are on promotion.So, when question of promotion comes in you will be governed by your department rules and regulation.If you feel that your rights have been violated you have the right to go to the Court of Law against the decisions of the higher authorities.
