I applied for an resignation for the period of 30 days but company didn't accept it they saying they want 3 month of notice period,but from since 8 month I am working in that company even they didn't provide us appointment letter or joining letter. Hence please would to help me regarding how I solve my problem.

Hence, you are not under compulsion to serve your notice period.
