A.Dear Client!

The Finance Company cannot do this illegal acts for recovery, you need to file the complaint before the police and RBI for cancellation of their license, for abusing, threatening and sending vulgar pics and messages thereby harasing you.

If the police fails to take the complaint, then escalate it to the DCP Ofiice and file Private Criminal Complaint before the Local Court.

A.Dear Client,
You can proceed to file a complain under the IT Act, also for harassment, nuisance. Formatting the phone maybe an option but cannot be guaranteed.
