A.Dear Client,
If the land is registered under the 90 year old's name, he can very well sell it. He has exclusive right over his part of the land.

A.Dear Client

The answer to this issue is going to be different for everyone since it is going to rely on the particulars of the court decree , as well as the laws of the jurisdiction in where the property is situated. But, if the court decision ordered the individual who is 90 years old to transfer the property that belonged to his ancestors to his three daughters, it is quite probable that the individual does not have title of the land anymore and cannot sell it without the approval of his daughters.

If the court judgement does in fact award the person who is 90 years old ownership of a portion of the property, then he may be allowed to sell his share of the land; however, this would be contingent on the particular conditions of the court decree as well as any laws that are relevant in the jurisdiction. Please seek expert legal advice over this matter.
