He took a small land of 500 sqr ft in one of the slum....
Now how can I sell it ?
Succession heir certificate is compulsory ?

A.Aur vivah member certificate can be obtained from local SDM office.

A.Since your father bought it then it automatically devolves to you or your siblings after his death. You try and get a succession certificate either from court or local municipal authorities if they provide. Once you have got the certificate then get the mutation done in your name.
