Blackmailing- Gurukul e-learning platform

2years back I joined the biz Gurukul e-learning platform. and I referred one of my friend and she joined biz gurukul to earn money by referring the biz gurukul but she didn't earn any money after two years she blackmailed me to return her money .she not paid to me also she paid to direct biz gurukul. now she is telling me that she will case a file against me. and bizgurukul is a legal company
