Can bank account be freezed for complaint on 1 single transaction reported by scammer on my ecommerce website? because I've seen recently for freelancers and startups, some haters do it Intentionally to slow the Business. I feel that Flipkart transactions also made by so many scammers, but police don't freeze them, so do the police freeze account if a scammer do transaction on my ecommerce website? How to handle such scenarios?

A.Dear Client

It is unlikely for a bank account to be frozen based on a single transaction reported by a scammer on an ecommerce website. However, if the transaction is found to be fraudulent or suspicious, the bank may investigate the matter and take necessary action. In case of such incidents, businesses can approach the concerned bank and seek legal advice. E-commerce platforms like Flipkart have the responsibility to ensure the safety and security of all transactions and the police may take action against any fraudulent activities reported on such platforms. Please seek an expert legal advice over this matter.
