Resignation Acceptance Bullying by employer

I have received a legal notice from employer that I would have to pay a months salary and clients legal expenses for not serving the notice period but my resignation was accepted by employer at the same day. And also stating that I have shared projects information with ex-employees but it is nothing as such as I have not shared an information about anything or anyone.
