Sister in law is threatening my brother that she will defame our family name and will attempt suicide and she is mentally torturing my brother and asking him to cut all the contacts from us ,we as a family were not taking action from last one year because we thought if we give space her and my brother, things will get sorted out but now she is blackmailing my brother for everything and things are getting worst ,my brother is living in too much fear

Your sister-in-law's behavior is unacceptable and could be considered emotional abuse. Your brother needs to take steps to protect himself and possibly even involve the authorities if the threats continue.Please seek an expert legal advice over this matter.
