Passengers started fighting inside my uncle's innova car in 2018 due to which driver and innova was seized by police.Now court is asking my uncle to come to court but his medical condition is not good, due to which it is not possible that he go to court, he is under treatment of neuropathy(dementia) and retinopathy(very less eye vision) and all his medical reports are already sent to police.Is it possible to have hearings over call for such patient?we are looking for advocate in bhopal to help such senior citizen with less fees...
