MNC asking to pay dues for not serving notice period after 6 months MNC asking to pay dues for not serving notice period after 6 months

I joined a MNC but due to certain medical issues i could not continue and informed the HR 10 days later with a medical certificate and asked to cancel my employment as i could not continue but they are threatening me by sending mails for legal action and asking payment of dues for notice period, what should i do in this case please advice.

A.Dear Client,
If you are true on your base submit all medical documents and Doctor certificates. On medical ground no body can stop you from leaving the company, If they still insist, just inform the HR regarding the same.
