I recieved a call from police station saying that someone filed a case of fraud/420 on me and I will be prosecuted. But I don't know anything about this, I heard this first time by police officer, I didn't got any notice or any type of mail from advocate. Police officer sent me number of advocate but number getting out of service. I don't know what to do. Please help me.
A.Dear Client,
It is advisable to visit the police station and inquire about the same. Consult an advocate in this regard to represent you if needed and get more material on the circumstances of why the complaint was registered, the grounds, so you have a chance to defend yourself.
