My relative was Trapped by ACB Red handed by demanding and accepting bribe amount of 5000/- in 2011, as stated by the charge sheet7and13(1)(d),13(2)(yet trials not started), but on the day of incident the acb forced the accused and man handled everything which was audio recorded by the accused son who is witness in the charge sheet, can they file quash petion in HC under 482crpc will that be standing as a base? Audio recording is the only evidence they have to prove them not guilty
