A person was running chitfund locally, I was paying Rs. 20000/- from my hard earned salary. I'd not taken my chit till the completion, when I went to claim the said amount after completion of my chitfund of Rupees 5,00,000 × 2 . They asked some time I agreed and waited but they didn't give my money, every time asked to wait some more time. I had done enough follow up with them to collect the amount, but I failed to collect a single rupee from them till date. The chit owner is fraud it seems she need to give money not only for me so many other people also. After so much struggle FIR has been registered please help how to proceed further..

A.Dear Client,
You can issue legal notice to the Chit Fund through your advocate by claiming your amount which you invested and and you are liable to get the interest as per the plan. Mention the details which the chit fund is binding to pay you as per the policy and terms and conditions which they have explained to you. If you don't get an satisfactory answer drag them to the court by filing criminal case against them for cheating you.

A.Dear Client

You can file a complaint with the police and provide all the necessary evidence, such as your chit agreement, payment receipts, and any communication with the chit owner. You can also file a case in the consumer court for deficiency of service and claim compensation for the delay and negligence. Please seek an expert legal advice over this matter.
