Meine maintenance ka case file Kiya aur agar mere husband court hearing attend ni krte toh kaise paise mil skte hai.

Agar aapke pati court ke notice par nahi appear karte hain, to court aapko ex-parte (in absentia) decision de sakta hai aur aapke liye favorable order bhi de sakte hai. Lekin maintenance ka payment aapko court order ke baad hi milega.

If he fails to abide by the order then you will have to file an execution application wherein the court may attach his property. You will have to submit some prove that he is working, approximately you get 25% of his salary as maintainance.
