Sir i am mentally firstrated by the delay in services by my mobile insorance company, @jeeves.co
I took the insorance for my mobile protection and when my mobile damaged i claimed the insorance thn they again ask for some fee around rs 1500.00 and i paid the same on 22nd March 2023 and they promised me to respond in next two days for pickup my mobile for repair but till the date ,11th of April they didn't picked up my mobile and every time I call they told the same line that issue will be resolved in next two days but it's almost 22 days now , sir i m a soulder lives away from my family and the mobile is the only way to contact with my family, my wife is pregnant and i m not able to talk her properly only because of this company delay
You can file a complaint with the consumer forum against the mobile insurance company for deficiency in service and mental harassment caused due to their delay in providing the services promised under the insurance policy. You can also try escalating the matter with the company's higher authorities and seek compensation for the inconvenience caused, including the cost of alternative arrangements for communication during the delay period.Please seek an expert legal advice over this matter.
