Criminal case (Section 376) Criminal case (Section 376)

My 0 FIR has been registered by a Delhi PS but they're transfering the case to Kolkata where the 1st offence happened. In Delhi, the last offence had happened. What can I do to transfer the case in Delhi, which is my residence? Complaint to magistrate to direct Delhi police to register final FIR (not 0)? Make a private complaint to magistrate? Wait for trial to begin in Kolkata and then get it transferred to Delhi via a petition, citing my convenience and better security in Delhi?

A.Dear Client,
Section 22 requires the defendant to institute an application under Section 24 for transfer of case from one court to another in case two or more courts hold jurisdiction. Trial from one case to another state has to be ordered only in exceptional circumstances. The petition for transfer has to be made before High Court in whose jurisdiction the transferor civil court lies under them.
