My my property came from grandfather's grandfather and all the property has been divided mitually, but land of home (ghar banane wali jameen) has been not divided fairly. They took their part on front and for us they sent us in backward and I even dont have road to exit from home . What should I do for it.

A.Dear Client,
In this case, you can proceed to file a suit if the property is not distributed fairly. You can also exercise your right of encumbrance on the said property.
