Workplace harassment

I have been a victim of workplace harassment from a coleguei who is close to the md, i Complaint the hr but they have stopped my nov salary and asking me to resign.what will happen to the job loss and the career break as i am being compelled to leave.

First, lodge a FIR in the Police Station.
The lodge complaint in your Office as well, State Commission for Women, and also some women's Organisation active in your area, district etc.

Ideally they should have set up the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) to adjudicate on your matter. Since they have not done anything and are turning hostile you should lodge a formal FIR with the Police.
