i have taken amount of 45k from money lender due to some issue i didnt able to pay money back at that time ofter that i have paid his amount then . in middle i have given some intrest amount aslo He is charging 50% interest per month ,he Threating me and also telling I know how to recover my money i will come to your home and i will shaw you now he is telling total 6lacks has good political influence , other person who had taken money from him they went to police station for help but police are supporting money lender only ,in this case what can i do

A.Dear Client,
Lodge a complaint with a local police station against him section 506 IPC & penal provision under Money Lending Act of your State. You can even hire an advocate and file a criminal suit for threats and intimidation.
