I resigned while i was in probation period on medical grounds
As it was a 2 month on probation, working on night shift again took me toll on health l. Hence spoke to manager and sent a resignation email to relive immediately ( showed medical documents), now my new employer asking for a reliving letter for the two months worked. When checked with previous employer updated my records as job adanded. I noticed the manager about my relive and followed up by Gmail thrice. No response or acceptance recieved. My probation terms is you will be on probation for 6 months from the date of joining. During the period of probation, your services are liable to be terminated by eighter party at any time without cause, including the extended period of probation, if any with 15 days written notice or paying to the other party salary in the lieu of such notice or salary for such period by which the notice period falls short of. However, if the exigencies of work, business or client communication so requires or if you handling any sensitive, critical, confidential or time bound assignment......
