Can they fire me even if they did it in a way that the contract does not allow?

First I clarify the following: I do not speak English good (I am doing this through an online translator) and the case happened at the Indian embassy in Venezuela.
What happened was the following: I was hired to fill the vacancy of cultural clerk at the Indian embassy in Caracas-Venezuela, after the 3 months trial period that the employment contract requests to become an employee of the embassy (and also after I was asked to fill out the S.S.Q. form of local employee) I was fired, without fulfilling the process that the contract requested to be fulfilled and without being paid the month's salary that the contract also said that I should be paid as notice. They breached the employment contract and simply fired me.
I would like to get a lawyer to represent me in court because I believe it is an easy case to win.
I can send you copy of the contract and all the documentation you require if you wish to take the case.
You may get issue a strong legal notice and thereafter ask your advocate to file a suit or petition before the Consumer Court or Civil Court so that you can get the relief you wish to have.
