regarding banking service regarding banking service

I have taken a loan of 5 lakhs from Yes Bank, for which I am paying 17k per month. Initially, the amount was to be debited from my old account (City Bank); later, I changed it to my new bank account (HDFC). After the change of bank details, Yes Bank debited 2 EMIs from my new account (HDFC). For the 3rd EMI, Yes Bank tried to debit my old account (City). but due to an insufficient balance, the transaction bounced and I received a message.
then I have contacted Yes Bank support and explained. That support person has sent a link to pay the EMI for that particular month, and I again informed them to debit the EMI from my new account (HDFC).

After a few days, I have received notification of a penalty of 850/- due to the transaction bounce.
After seeing that transaction, I realised that something was going wrong, so I went to the bank and explained that the transaction got bounced due to a bank-side mistake of trying to debit from the wrong bank account (CITY) by showing the proof of my phone message, but they didn't consider that as proof and asked me to show them the CITY bank statement. But at that time, my bank account was locked due to being inactive, so it took me 20 days to unlock it and get the statement.

After that, I provided the document via email support and followed up multiple times.

I got a reply via email saying that they tried to debit from my new HDFC account, but due to insufficient funds, the transaction bounced (and also got an attachment in the email regarding the transaction id and date).

I sent an email stating that my new HDFC account has a sufficient balance (with proof attached, a bank statement), but the bank tried to debit from the wrong account, for which I was not responsible for paying the penalty.

After following up for two months, I got a mail saying that the issue is on the Yes Bank side and they have apologised. In the mean time, YES Bank tried debiting the penalty amount from my HDFC account, but those days I didn't have a balance in that account due to financial issues.
Due to the bounced transaction, HDFC charged a fine of 1000 rupees.Later, I paid that fine amount to HDFC.

I was fined. Because of YES Bank's negligence, I requested a refund. but they replied that it's my duty to maintain the penalty amount in HDFC Bank because they informed me earlier regarding the penalty amount.
