Given money to one of my friend who offered software job
1 year ago
My friends and I gave money to a person who is offering a Software Job. He did genuinely for few years But due to recession currently he is not able to offer jobs for the last 6 months and He is not even returning the money. We don't have any agreement but I made a bank transfer. Can I file a complaint against him?
A.Dear Sir,
Yours act itself illegal as such you cannot lodge complaint which may rebounce. Better you take a defence that hand loan was given to him and request the Police to get a cheque from your friend for the said amount with interest thereafter you can file cheque bounce case.
