मेरे खेत में बिजली का बड़ा पोल खोने वाले है 400 squre feet area main विद्युत वितरण निगम वाले और वो मुझे सिर्फ फसल का मुआवजा देने की बात कर रहे है , बोले रहे है की जमीन का मुआवजा नहीं मिलेगा , और उस पोल के आस पास खेती और कंस्ट्रक्शन करने की माना है नियम में है ,

as per Land Acquistion Act 2013 under section 18 of the act if Any person interested who has not accepted the award may, by written application to the Collector, require that the matter be referred by the Collector for the determination of the Court, whether his objection be to the measurement of the land, the amount of the compensation, the person to whom it is payable, or the apportionment of the compensation among the persons interested.
the application muct contain the ground on which you have raised the objection on the award you are getting.
