My wife has Filed 498A and DP after I sent her legal notice after 5 months of marriage since their parents called me impotent which I got hurt. I went to pschychartist on Jan 3rd 2023. She received legal notice on Jan 7th 2023 .She filed 498A and DP against me and my parents on 18th Jan 2023. I have evidence of Pschychartist prescription, She is basically childish, immature and not even stayed with me for 10days .Now she is written in FIR that she was thrown out.\n\nAlso, We received gold as per their wish (Groom)and we also gave gold to bride \n\nNow my question is:\n\nCan we go for quashing in High court since she filed case after receiving divorce legal notice?\n\nWhat evidence i need to counter allegations?\n\nShould I wait for mutual divorce or should I file for divorce?\n\nAlso, My marriage is not consummated how do I prove in court? She has also written that he did not have any physical relationship in FIR and has harrassed.

Can this be counter blast case against me after receiving divorce?
