Hai sir r madam, Just required small advice on Section 53, 53a and 259 filed petition by my wife after 5 year on dvc at chittor, I got xparty divorce decree at bangalore. Before ths she filed 294 crpc have replied then she file this How can respond with strong petition for the above mentioned
