Some company had issued a purchase order to us and we supplied and generated the invoice accordingly .Payment was supposed to be made on letter of credit .Payment of 56 lacs of not made on the last invoice which was generated and letter of credit has also expired in May,2022. what will be the remedy and what legal notice has to be send under what legal sections under civil law or criminal law?
