My friend has defaulted credit card payment. He has given my Number as the Reference while applying Credit card. Now he is nowhere and i cannot find him. Now SBI credit card employee calling again and again torturing me for his contact no and address. Even I also not aware of his new address and phone number. But this SBI credit card employee is harassing me like anything. Calling from multiple numbers and using misappropriate words every time he is calling. What i can do in this situation. I am having only his call history. My phone i cannot do call recording. Though i informed SBI credit card employee clearly that i do not have any contact with him at the moment.But still he is following me through Phone calls. Give me solution.

A.Hello,
As per your infromation given it is advisable to you to lodge an FIR to police for harrasment.
