The lady who lives on the ground floor of our home is vulgar and uneducated. She and her daughter use very mean language towards us because we feed the dogs in front of the house. It's not her home, but she acts as if it's her. They throw water on my dogs and sometimes gang up with 2-4 neighbours and annoy us. They all collectively act like highly uncivilized creatures and use bad language towards us. But on Saturday that lady's family gives milk to my black dog. The landlord also says nothing to them. They are very manipulative people; they badmouth us in front of them. What can I do to protect my dogs and how can I handle them? Also, I tried to ask the person who lives in front of our home for CCTV footage he refused to give it because his mother is also part of this, also he is an IT guy so he can easily delete the footage. It's a government-installed camera, but they act as if they own it. Can I do something regarding this as well? Since I am 18, I can't see them in court. Can you tell me some ways through which I can handle their behaviour?
