cheating - my Girl friend started an Old age home

Dear sir, In 2021 I and my Girl friend started an Old age home. But just starting it my girl friend capture boaders monthly fees and accounts are not maintained properly for this reason in this regard we are both argument repeatedly and my girl friend intension to capture boarders rest of the money thats why she capture their all bank pass book ATM card cheque book she withdrawn money without their permission. In this regards our relation in a question and after 11 month she renew the agreement in her own name whereas without my written consent and original copy of agreement in the name of my organisation are still lying in my file.I have already serve a letter to all boders but no one reply my letter.I want to serve 2nd letter to all boders. My quwstion is after 2nd letter to all boders what step should be taken? can any legal advicer guide me properly.
