Am working in hyderabad and cleared ijp for gujrat in 2020 n since the amazing wfh ,now the company is asking me to relocate.to gujrat but now the situation has changed ,I don't want to relocate and have lot of health issues for which I have already submitted all documents.and am not able to night shift. I requested hr to please consider my request and give me a day job in hyderabad .but they are very adamant saying you have to come to Gujarat n there's nothing that they can do.being a female it hard to leave my house my kid who is small and relocate. At the same time I don't want to put papers from.my side .what should I do
